At JEM’s Resin in Home Decor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you may return it within 30 days from time of purchase for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

To initiate a return, please E-mail with your order number and reason for return. You will receive a return authorization number and instructions on how to send your item back to us including how to obtain a shipping label.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
